These terms apply to anyone using Piloto do Afiliado. In one sentence: we publish what you schedule and deliver the replies you configure; what gets published is your responsibility, and the service depends on third-party APIs we do not control.
Piloto do Afiliado schedules and publishes content to Instagram and TikTok profiles you connect, sends automated replies to comments, and gathers comments and direct messages into one inbox. The service depends on Meta's and TikTok's APIs. Changes to their rules, limits, or permissions may alter or interrupt features here, and that is outside our control.
You need an account with a valid e-mail and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under it. Connected profiles must be yours, or ones you have written authorization to operate. One account per person or company. Sharing access with third parties is at your own risk.
The content published is yours. You represent that you hold the rights to the images, video, and text you upload, and you are responsible for complying with platform rules and Brazilian law — including the disclosure of advertising and affiliate links required by the Brazilian Consumer Code and by the networks themselves. Piloto do Afiliado does not review, approve, or edit what you schedule.

Use that puts our applications' standing with Meta or TikTok at risk may be interrupted without prior notice — suspension of one app affects every other customer.
We operate the service with care, but it is provided as is, with no guarantee of publication at an exact time or of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for: unavailability, rule changes, or account blocks by Meta or TikTok; posts not published due to a revoked token, denied permission, or platform limit; lost profits or indirect damages. Where a paid plan exists, total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the **12 months** preceding the event.
The service is in beta and free of charge. If and when a paid plan exists, its price, inclusions, and cancellation terms will be published on this page and sent by e-mail **in advance**, and continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance. No charge is made without express subscription.
The software, brand, and site material are ours. Your content remains yours — the license you grant us is only what is needed to store, process, and publish it to the profiles you chose.
You may close your account at any time; data deletion follows the deletion policy. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, threatens the integrity of the service, or puts our applications' standing with the platforms at risk. Where there is no immediate risk, we give notice first.
These terms may change. The update date is at the top, and material changes are announced by e-mail before taking effect.
Brazilian law applies. The venue is the domicile of the service's operator, except where you are a consumer — in which case your own domicile applies, as required by the Brazilian Consumer Code.
